I handed out reps yesterday.
In order to change your title you have to have 200 reps.
The best tip I can give is if you want reps, give reps.
Check your reps to see who gave them (people usually add their name) then give some back.

Yes I agree. What I like to do is this: If it's a thread I started, I hand out Reps to everyone that posted & I write Thank you for posting.

Talking This happens

Have you ever gotten reps from someone that wasn't even involved in a thread?
I think its kinda cool.
Just to find out that someone was just lurking and they thought your post was "cool, funny or great" and they throw you a few reps ! I like that , although now you have to hunt them down to bang'em back with reps.

ps I always comment my reps & sign them NHHappy Did everyone get my reps? I have to spread more love !!
