Default Places to eat along I-287

We're driving up to Mystic, CT from Lancaster, PA and I was wondering if someone could give me an idea what restaurants with take out or fast food establishments are on or just off I-287 from I-78 to I-95. I'm thinking maybe before we cross the Tappan Zee Bridge. Thanks.

Chimney Rock Inn (off of 22 - I think it's exit 14 off 287) has good burgers and sandwiches and offers carry-out

Look into the PorterHOuse in Montvale, NJ/Right on the Border of Pearl River. Even Better in Nanuet there is a great little Pizza palor, damn I forget the name but its perfect. Nanuet also has the Nanuet Hotel, alittle pizza place which is very good. These last two are right off I-287. You also have all of Nyack right off 287 or the Palasides Mall. Two areas which a ton of dining options.

Thanks for your responses; looking forward to receiving more info from you, Tahiti. It's about 6 hours from here so I'll looking for an "on and off" place so I won't lose much time. Since I have your attention any tips you can give me as far as traffic, construction is concerned on I-287 and I-87? Are the gas prices still better in Jersey then they are in New York? Thanks again for the help.
