Kingston pointe north bergen
We are intersted in Kingston Pointe (behind Frank's). The prices are pretty good --as offset by the taxes unfortunately--. Anyone has any opinion on purchasing from there?
Another thing that has been bothering me is it seems like Kingston Pointe is surrounded by cell phone antennas/towers...Sitting on top of the building next to Palisades gym, as well as PNC bank's roof. There is also a fenced high voltage area next to the diner. What do you guys think of that? Is it normal to have those that close to a residential area? not to mention the hospital next to it..Any concerns raised so far that you know of?
