I will be arriving at LGA and was told that it would cost $95 to take a taxi to my hotel in Secaucus. I was also told that a train would be available. Could someone please instruct me on where to go to catch the train? How much is the train? How often does the train run? Is it safe? Thanks in advance.

I believe the Yahoo Answers' user explained it well.

LaGuardia Airport to Secaucus, New Jersey? - Yahoo! Answers

A bus is definitely the way to go out of LGA if you want to avoid the taxi at all cost. There are no trains out of LGA.
