margate nj
I think Margate NJ is great for rental. It's not overcrowded. it's minutes away from Ocean city NJ & Atlantic City casinos. I have an immaculate 3bd 2 ba home with family room central air bay views front & back porches in an elite section of margate with plenty of parking (something there is very little of in ocean city) It's available for August for $10,000. As kids we went to Lavalette - very nice and lots of families. My parents own a condo there. It is still a very nice town. You can go to the beach or the bay area. If you want the rides you are 2 towns away from seaside.
