skapur - now, while you're in attorney review, is a good time to ensure that the house you are buying does not have a buried underground oil tank, or if it does, that the seller agrees to remove it prior to closing. It could end up costing you thousands of dollars and is not covered by insurance, so speak to your attorney about a clause that will cover that. What are people finding is the turnaround time between getting your estimate and having it undergo full underwriting to a mortgage commitment? I'm trying to gauge when I should begin to panic.  |

People are buying in reduced numbers, but they are buying. Well priced in a good burb move fast.
I know cause I sell them their fridges at Sears on evenings and weekends.
