Also in the middle of attorney review, but we're not set to close until the beginning of December. it's a new construction, and needs finishing before we can move in. I'm just worried that the mortgage is going to fall through - I sometimes think that ignorance is bliss - I've been doing too much reading lately.

I closed a month ago and we're still very happy. Deep breaths, deep breaths. You'll love your new home!

We're in attorney review now - we're sellers. Our last deal fell apart 3-1/2 weeks into it - so I'm very nervous - last time the day we started packing is the day everything fell apart, so afraid to start packing this time. Just keeping our fingers crossed.

We closed a year ago so we probably have like 1k in principal in the house haha. 392k is what we paid. We have no plan of going anywhere any time soon so... all is well. Now I just need to fix the roof - it leaks, but only when it rains patch up all the holes I've created. Finish the kitchen. Remodel the bathroom. Paint everywhere. Fix the brick steps that are all falling apart, mow the lawn, etc. After that is done I'm going to build a brick pizza oven in the back yard, re-do the screened in porch and build a shed? Then maybe relax!

We're also in attorney review, although we may have hit a snag (see my oil tank thread). The market situation (stock, not housing) is a little scary but we want to buy and if this deal can't get done we'll move on.
Good luck to all the buyers and sellers out there.
