Quality professional needed for Northern NJ
Hello everyone. I am looking for a quality, professional "carpenter" -- I think. Northern NJ area -- up north/west toward Rockland.
I have a "floating cabinet" that needs to be installed on to a dining room wall. The cabinet is already fully assembled and has all the hardware (what is needed to "mount" the cabinet on to the wall). It just needs to be installed -- the hardware needs to be put on to the wall and the cabinet needs to be "mounted" so to speak. Would this be a job for a carpenter? A General Contractor?
I've asked around and most people have taken the "handyman" route. A few seemed like general, jack of all trade types and while that might be OK, each one of them were unlicensed, uninsured, (unbonded) etc. That's not really where I want to go. I don't want a wall coming down or the cabinet not hanging properly or being flush.
In addition to the cabinet, I am looking at a few other projects that the professional could do as well.
