I guess the next president (and the one after that, and the one after that, and so on and so on...) is going to get this all paid for how... oh, other than borrowing it from China?

And I was refering to McCains CONSTANT flip flopping.... he was against Bush's tax cuts (vehemently if you need links I'll provide) until he was FOR them. See, while any candidate will say anything to get elected, McCain has turned it into an art form.
