I think there is a service in Jersey City that hooks people up for apartmments, roomates, etc. They do this for people who come over from India, and employees/employers who have come over, brought people over, etc. I heard about it from an Indian landlord in Jersey City, but I really don't remember the details. I might have some info in my office, but I'll check some e-mails to see if I have it here. Someone else may know it as well.
