The garage sale will probably take place the weekend of the 25th. The bedroom set is gone already ... gave it to a needy family. May be selling my John Deere though..with all the attachments! New place is a little steep in the front for a rider.. might spill my beer and we can't have that now can we

Wow, congratulations.

We can't seem to get past the attorney review stage as a buyer. First guy didn't want to remove the inground oil tank, and our current prospective seller asked as to extend attorney review indefinitely. Ugh.

Hobo, I hate to tell you this, but anyone that buys a house today, knowing there is an underground oil tank, needs their head examined.
I had one of those, and it leaked, $235,000 worth. Luckly then my Insurance covered it. I had to pay for removing the tank, and putting in a new above ground Roth Tank but that was nothing compaired to what the actual cost was.
Maybe your buyer also is not happy with that tank. It would not be an option for me, I would not buy the house.
Btw, Wiley has a company that removes tanks, and does remediations.

We're the buyer. We wanted the tank removed but the seller only wanted to fill it. Wiley shared a lot of insight when we were trying to work that deal.
