Default Working in Woodcliff Lake

Hi! I may be relocating to New Jersey becasue I'll be working in Woodcliff Lake. I don't exactly want to move to Woodcliff Lake and I want to be somewhat closer to Manhattan so I was wondering what would be a good "in between" spot for me to live....
My salary should be enough to be able to rent around $1,5000-2,000. And I guess it would be convenient if the Pascack line (train) was nearby since that way I could take the train all the way to Woodcliff Lake *and* down to Manhattan....

Any suggestions?????

Joe.
