Default Millville

Could someone tell me about this place? How are the real estate taxes on a $125K home? Is it safe and friendly? Conveniently located to everything?

myblueheaven423 is on a distinguished road
from what i understand, it is not that safe..i believe they also have 3.5 percent sales tax or that might be nearby vineland..ive never been there but from what ive heard, it is not safe..if youre working there youre better off in franklinville or williamstown and commuting..vineland is only about 15 minutes from franklinville and 30 to millville..so your best bet is to live in gloucester county

The town has a high crime rate and a lot of marginal areas. There is some new construction, beautiful 3,000-3,500 sq. ft. homes, but $125K would be your down payment. A home for $125K in Millville would be a dicey proposition, at best.
