Default Special Ed in Somerset County

My family is looking to relocate to Somerset County, specifically the Hillsborough area. We have a son with high functioning autism, due to enter Kindergarten next year. Is anyone familiar with the special ed system in Hillsborough elementary schools? I know there are a few separate schools funded by the district - Somerset Hills Learning Inst., Rutgers-Douglass Center, Eden Institute. Any feedback on the schools listed or public school program would be greatly appreciated! Also, any feedback on Hillsborough elementary schools for my kids not in special ed.
