Tommy, Tommy, Tommy.... I'm going to take you up on that lunch and bring along some photo albums. In them you'll see many of my friends, we grew up together, of all races. They heard the things too. They really did. I was with them. I heard it. And I hate to say it some of my "white" friends in school were DISGUSTINGLY racist (we're not friends anymore... like I said... I found my backbone along the way.)

I hate it ALL the way around... because it has hurt me and it has hurt people I care about. BUT I think I just try to be more understanding because I can see the damage that has been done first hand.
