Default Rental townhomes in Central/Northern New Jersey

Does anyone know a town in Central/Northern NJ that has townhomes for rent? I'm looking to spend $1500+ for rent. I have found some in Perth Amboy and Somerset but I am not sure of the areas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edison is a safe area and you will get town houses in your price range. Perth Amboy has new homes but you have to do some research on safty of that area.

Smile townhomes

We too are looking for townhomes in central jersey. We have found that they tend to be a bit more expensive - 1800-2300 in the west windsor, princeton, and montgomery areas. However south brunswick may be on the lower end of this. We have not looked north of Hillsborough and Somerset.

I would also recommend Edison. I used to live there in a townhouse. The train station is also right in Edison -- many times I would drive to the station which was 5 minutes away, park my car and spend the weekend in NYC. No one ever broke in to my car or anything. You also have good access to major highways like the NJ Turnpike, 414, and route 9.

That link has some townhouse listings in the Edison area. Good luck with your search!

Try South Brunswick.
