Default question for Jstar

So you said you lived in Elizabeth and you seem to know alot about Elizabeth and like it. I was contimplating Newark because of its cheap rents but now that i see alot of positive comments from you about Elizabeth im curious about the area too. I drive through Elizabeth all the time but never really considered it a progressive place. How would searching for a job be there? How expensive would rent be in a studio or a 2 bedroom Apt? How is the commute to NYC? Is there alot to do?(Although it wouldnt matter if it was within easy access to NYC)

If you could answer my questions that would be great.

sure.. next time you can send me a message..
Elizabeth is very safe compared to Newark or Camden.. Jobs, depends on what kind of job you are looking for.. if you are looking for a retail job, Elizabeth would be perfect since Jersey Gardens is in Elizabeth.. there are architecture firms, Legal firms, hospitals, basically it'll be a very good place to get started... rent for a studio can range from 500-800.. a 1 bdroom about 600-1000, a 2 bedroom from 800-1100.. a 3 bedroom from 1000-1600.. all depends on area.. Elizabeth is a very large city so it has its good and not so good areas.. it's very diverse too.. commute to NYC is less than 30 minutes.. i commute to NYC sometimes.. to do, there is much.. ELizabeth has many bar/lounges/restaurants and parks.. there is lots of potential in ELizabeth due to the upcoming Ferry to NYC, light rail, and all redevelopment going on.. if you have any other questions do not hesitate to contact me..
