Maybe this story is too dramatic but I'll bet that more and more people will desire smaller homes in the future especially in the high COL states.

LOL - my DH sent me this link. While I wouldn't want to live in a 100 sq ft house, there's really something to be said for downsizing.

There's a contractor out by me putting up these smaller farm house style homes..they are adorable! Semi-wrap around porches..2 car attached garages... I want one : )) They must be a huge hit as he's starting on his second one now. Perfect size house.
Tahiti... they look alot like that one that was just renovated over on Allen Road in Mansfiled... near Donaldsons? The green one with the nice redwood colored door..you know which one I mean???

I think its a good idea but too extreme, so how about 800-1000 square feet to downsize too.

I saw this! Sorry, that's a LITTLE too claustrophobic for me! Even my tiny home is bigger!

BF could probably live in about 50 square feet if it were up to him. 1,000 would probably be the smallest we could go. Two people, 3 cats and a dog is a little much for 800 sf.
