Keyport Condos? (buying, living, shops)

I have been looking at buying a condo in the Gateway Park complex in Keyport, NJ. I have found some mixed information about the area, and haven't been able to find too much information about the condo complex at all. I am especially concerned about safety, since I am a single woman and I would be living by myself. If anyone has any helpful information about Keyport or Gateway Park, I would appreciate it.

I am a single woman and have lived in Gateway Park for the past 12 years. It is a very quiet, safe complex. Most people keep to themselves. The town is also pretty quiet. You are very conveniently located to all major highways as well as the shore. There is also a an 18 mile bike trail right in town. I have been very happy there.

I know the area- I love living here. I don't know this specific complex but the area is great. I am a Single mom and have no complaints about the area.

If you're not sure, drive by, look around. Cute town, West front St. has nice shops, waterfront is being improved, and close to major highways (parkway entrance, rt. 9, rt. 35 and rt. 36. There are also parades, different events going on in town and music concerts in the summertime.
