Default South, East, North Brunswick

Which one of the three would be a better area to buy a condo/Townhouse?

1-Governor's point and/or WHISPERING WOODS in South Brunswick. which would be a good one to raise kids. 2- crosspoint in East Brunswick 3- Society Hill in North Brunswick

looking for the best schools, near Transportation to NYC, safe area for kids to play, easy to rent if i have too, and good resale. I'm only willing to spend $240,000. It does not have to bed the biggest 2 bd,
Thank you very much.

I'd recommend East Brunswick, although traffic will be bad, schools are terrific. Second choice would be South Brunswick.

Definitely Crosspointe in EB. You have best schools, great rental history, and can easily get a 2 bedroom condo for that price. The cheapest townhome available now is at 260k. South Brunswick is #2 for schools so that would be Whispering Woods. Gov Point is in North Bruns and I would put that a low third. Home prices in North Bruns may increase because of the transit center but I wouldn't sacrifice the schools when you can have both in East Brunswick.

EB - for both school and commute to NYC (cheaper bus fare) are better.
