bought a townhome in Delanco last night
actually signed on the dotted line. It has to be built. Its on the delaware in Rivers Edge. So far its been quite painless and smooth.. We are so excited. it won't be done till April.. So far loveing what we see in NJ too. Car insurance is $1300 less a year then what we are paying and property taxes are quite fair. The town of Delanco is so darn nice too

Best of luck, my parents live in Delanco. Nice small town feel. I am also building a Ryan home in Gloucester County, NJ. Best of luck - it's a very exciting process!

thanks guys! Yea Ryan homes really seem like they are easy to deal with and care how its built... We have heard some bad but so far we have nothing but good to say about them and NVR too. Threw in a lot of free incentives (about $35k with of free options and they pay down points and pay closing costs.)
