After looking for nearly 1.5 yrs, finally got the seller to sign the contract on a short sale property in west windsor. Just got the reference of an attorney from my agent. he charges $900 and says that he has experience in dealing with short sale. should i shop around more or go with him and get on with the process. need advise. i have absolutely no clue as to what needs to be done next and what is to be expected from an attorney. any advise will be appreciated
