I just sent BF a text about this and he replied...

"I hope you like PB&J"

What a hoot, he is a actually a former chef. He doesn't cook very much during the week though since I get home earlier. Does a lot on the weekends and holidays though.

Ravioli-o's tonight. Actually, I have graduated to making hamburgers and steak. Lots of animal fat. Nothing fancy. Once we graduate into the realm of toasted snail penises, I start having a problem following directions. In other words, the Food Channel type cooking is akin to deciphering a Rubik's Cube for me.
