I wouldn't doubt that there are people from all over in places like Marlton and Mt. Laurel but I doubt that people from North Jersey over-represented.

I could see people moving south in the state, especially near the turnpike exits/295 for people who have jobs on the Route 1 corridor and traded a 45 minute southbound commute for a 45 minute northbound commute. But then, they're probably moving to northern Burlington and, from my experience, people north of Burlington City/Ft. Dix don't identify with the South Jersey as defined by the Courier-Post that someone in Riverton or Medford would. They're just as likely to say 'Central Jersey'.
