In most cases I wouldn't let radon disuade me from an area or a home with elevated levels.......UNLESS.......the elevated levels were extremely high......then although it can be easily corrected I wouldn't want to be trying to sell a house with the highest levels on the block ? Given a choice between houses that you like equally, one with an extreme radon concern or one with no radon concern which house would you buy ?
