I agree that there has to be some basic info supplied in order to help and the answers to the above ?'s are important. In addition, you mentioned concern about traffic, here in the NYC metro area most folks use public transportation when commuting from NJ to NYC (bus or railroad) because of traffic and cost issues associated with driving and parking in NYC.
