Default English Driving License

Hello...Happy Thanksgiving

Does anyone know if I have to do the road test, or can I just swap my English driving license (please!) for a NJ one?

Cheers

I think you do not have to do the road test. Full information can be found at:

Hope that helps.

Thanks - it doesn't really say if I do or not. Well down to DMV for me.

You have to take the written test only.

When I was relocated to NJ from NEW YORK (not even overseas) I had to take both the written and road tests.

I only had to take a written test when I moved from NY to NJ. When I moved from NJ to FL I only had to take a vision test, no written or road test at all.
