lots of hispanics, but very close to Kearny which has lots of whites, and Newark which has lots of blacks, it is also close to place in Newark called the Ironbound and it has lots of Brazilians

It is quite a diverse area

If you want to live near the city there are places in NYC are going for $800 like the south bronx, or Inwood, Wash Hi,

makes no sense to live in Harrison if you want to be around NYC

Question ??

" lots of hispanics, but very close to Kearny which has lots of whites"

What is that suppose to mean? All you had to do to state that the area is racially diverse.

Nothing wrong with giving an accurate description. Or let me guess...you're one of the "easily offended", aren't ya.

Hope you are not a real estate agent - you could lose your license with a description like this. OK to site demographics from an official source but not as your opinion of "lots of".

Why should real estate agents be allowed on here at all?
They should have their own forum.

Also, if you are from ny you should be able to find out by making a quick trip. Anything said on a forum will not make a difference.

I would never say that during official real estate business

but it is a very accurate depiction, and more useful to the TS than just "diverse nabe"

Not specific enough, and no help to TS

Kearny has lots of Hispanics today too. Not that it's a bad thing. Traditional Kearny is Scottish/Irish.
