wow! That much? My 20 by 40 in-ground with vinyl was half that price! The drop in is only 9x12! I would most likley do the pavers myself again. Hummm...perhaps a nice jacuzzi instead of a pool is a better option. And as most stated...resale - pools limit your buyers. I'm planning on fencing in the yard anyway so that's not a concern. The Scots will just have to deal with a sprinkler hose instead of a pool for now..lol : )

No pool, that way DH and I have less chance of drowning when we come over and get all liquored up.

Seriously, what does your other half think?

In Florida they are called Garden Pools. They are popular at Townhomes here. or for people with a small pice of property that are looking for something a little bigger than a hot tub. They are very cheap down here do not know about Jersey prices. Pool places here have them out on display all over. The shell is like 3,000.00 I think.

Humm..perhaps a trip to Fla with a flat bed may be in order... as long as I don't get car jacked on the way home! Best not stop in the Carolina's then

"whatever" is the same as "you're not getting it!"

Maybe in Scottish, but in Irish it means "I don't give a sh*t".

Like boats, it's better to know someone who has a pool.

Like others have mentioned, a pool is a show stopper when we look at homes.
