Default Ex Nasdaq exec charged with stealing 50 BILLION

This is one reason why JM doesn't like to invest in stocks and 401Ks and 457Ks. This thief might get a couple of days in jail for 50 BILL. Where do I sign up. Hey Hoboken Guy sounds like a good job assignment.

imoapie is on a distinguished road
This story is unbelievable. How this went on under the radar is amazing. Where are the auditors on this? Glad they get paid to audit this and not catch anything. This guy was able to raise billions of dollars and was not satisfied with the 2% management fee he could collect (which is millions) so he stole most of it.

I was just reading this. I hope this guy becomes some bad man's girlfriend in prison.

50 BILLION dollars. How greedy can you get? He would run out of money in 10 years, after the Earth crashes into the sun.

Once again, I vote ScranBarre to audit these firms. He will have no problem finding work auditing the crooks on Wall Street and down in Trenton.

I'm surprised that the governors appointed people on the pension fund didn't invest 10 or 20 billion with this thief.

Meh.

The end of corrupt capitalism with corrupt oversight committees maybe. But not the end of capitalism.

Well, the end of Capitalism as we know it. The only way I've know it in my life time is as you describe it here.
