Default Utility Costs? - Apartments in Burlington County

I looking at one-bedroom apartments in the Mount Laurel, Medford, Marlton, areas of Burlington County. This will be my first apartment and I am wondering if anyone can give me a heads up on what gas heat and electric might cost?

I have read some suggestions on second floor apartments being cheaper to heat and also wonder if this is true?

Wow! I didn't realize that no one has to pay for electric and gas around here. I guess I'm looking in the right place!

My most recent PSEG bill was $230 a month for a 1200sf 2 BR on the top floor. It's normally half of that during the non-winter months.

I also leave one computer/server on at home and have the heat on at 68 F during the day. It's normally off when I'm sleeping. The heating cost is going to be a big factor...

Figure since a 1BR may be smaller, you'll end up paying half of what I pay unless you use alot more elect. and gas.
You will likely also save on heating cost if you live sandwiched between other apartments above, below and to the side of your own... DH lived in such an apartment and didn't even need to turn the heat on during the winter.
