Good. Though I don't think jail is enough for me, because he and his brother obviously don't feel remorse, I feel like they could do something again.

I'm pretty sure he is looking at life.
The two of them are pretty scary that's for sure

See, "Life" in prison doesn't generally mean they will spend their life in prison. It usually means that they will spend a state determined equivalent to the length of a life. Considering their age, on "good behavior", they could be back out on the street by the time I have kids out there at Jennifer Parks' age.

These two will never be contributing, valuable members of society. The obvious extent of their guilt says to me we would be best off just disposing of them. With a 2-hour conviction, witnesses to the dumping of that poor girls body, and the extent they planned this out and worked to cover it up - there should be no granted opportunity for appeal.

Just get rid of them, and move on. Not out of vengeance, not out of anger or some "eye for an eye" mentality, but because the aren't worth keeping around. Yes, I do mean that exactly as stated.

Sounds good to me. As as you stated, life does not always mean life behind bars. Who knows what changes could occur with our law and judicial system 20 years from now? What new "reforms" and other " laws and appeals" could possibly give unremorseful scum like this a chance to be let out and do this again.

With everything he was convicted of, murder, using a juvenile, desecreting human remains I think he will spend his natural life behind bars..kind of like Melanie McGuire..I think she will be like over 100 before she ever sees the light of day

But I do get what you are saying as it happens way to often

I have been following this case, since the beginning, it almost seemed as though Zarate was going to get off on an insanity case.
Now... if New Jersey only had the death penalty.(!)
