The KKK used to be huge in NJ.
Here they are, as far as the eye can see, parading down Broadway in Long Branch in 1924.

Now the hate groups are confined mostly to the northwestern and southeastern parts of the state.
oh . . . it's far more socially acceptable to be openly racist in Pennsylvania than it is in NJ. There is no rural/urban divide when it comes to that either. It's one of the things I like the least about living here.

With all due respect that was 1924...85 years ago
Lets deal with current hate groups active in our state

From: 3-year-old Hitler can't get name on cake - Weird news- msnbc.com
"Karen Meleta, a spokeswoman for ShopRite, said the Campbells had similar requests denied at the same store the last two years and said Heath Campbell previously had asked for a swastika to be included in the decoration.
"We reserve the right not to print anything on the cake that we deem to be inappropriate," Meleta said. "We considered this inappropriate."
The Campbells ultimately got their cake decorated at a Wal-Mart in Pennsylvania, Deborah Campbell said."
Does that mean that Wal-Mart decorated a cake for them with Swastikas and "Happy Birthday Adolph Hitler"? If so, I may just boycott Wal-Mart entirely. :P

I have a bad feeling you're correct about what they're planning. I guess they just can't live on public assistance alone, as they both have three extra mouths to feed.

If anyone doesn't think racism is alive and well then they have their head in the sand. Let's just look at the election last month. You had millions of whites who wouldn't vote for Obama because he likes to say he is 1/2 african american more than he likes to say he is 1/2 white. And you have a large percentage of the 95 percent of african americans who voted for Obama simlpy because he is black. If that isn't a form of racism, I don't know what is. We can all say that everything is fine but let's face it many, many people are closet racists and won't simply admit it. One day at the soup kitchen doesn't cut it if you moved to a town that's 99.9 percent white simply to get away from the so called problem. The Barbara Streisands and Loe Grants and Bruce Springsteens like to say they help but look where they live. Are they living close to any minorities.

"I think people need to take their heads out of the cloud they've been in and start focusing on the future and not on the past," Heath Campbell said Tuesday in an interview conducted in Easton, on the other side of the Delaware River from where the family lives in Hunterdon County, N.J.
If he wants people to focus on the future, then he shouldn't have named his kid after one of the most evil men in history.

i love how they said that there were kids of mixed race at the party, what irish and german. i can tell you no matter the race,my kids would not be attending any party these people give. its sickening. i like how he said he gave the names cause it would be different than anything. so now the kids will suffer growing up. but i guess they will end up like the parents.ignorant,so they wont know any better.

and my personal favorites Seven and Soda ala George Costanza.
