sunnybrook in lumberton...any thoughts (crime, townhome, living in)

I just put an offer in on a place in Sunnybrook townhome community in Lumberton NJ, anyone know about it? I just want to be sure there arent a lot of breakins or anything...any thoughts?

I know this probably doesn't help posting this late. However, Sunnybrook is extremely safe. I have lived here for over 10 years w/ my wife living in the same house I grew up in as a kid. Good luck.. that place is a ghetto, or at least it's right next to one. You'll get all the crime from the low lives that live in Whitehall Apts. My friend grew up there, and I never felt safe there at night. I hope you don't have kids, unless you want them to become addicted to drugs and become pregnant by age 16...
