I wish I were kidding. I loved that place. I worked in the flea market all through college, and still liked walking around there, even though it had definitely gone downhill in recent years.
I would give Englishtown a shot for the jacket - there's always a chance that the vendor took a booth in one of the indoor spots there.

The Tacony flea market is located right over the the Tacony Pylmira bridge right across fron FC Kerbecks car dealership.
