Considering living in Secaucus - question (buying a home, buying, shop)

I'm considering buying a home in Secaucus, it seems like a very nice town with good location. I'm bit concerned about about odor that supposedly emanates

For some reason my question was cut off... I'm concerned about the supposed odor that emanates from the marsh during the summer months. Anyone living in Secaucus - could you let me know if this is an issue? House I'm looking at is near the town pool on the north side of Rt3.

I lived there for most of my life near those marshes. If you are in the shopping area you do tend to notice it. A few blocks away I never notice it at all.
