Default Possibly relocating to NJ have a few questions

I just joined this forum, and I performed a search but didn't find my question. Hopefully it isn't under a different topic.

In six months or so, I'm relocating back to the Delaware Valley, perhaps south Jersey upon the completion of my training. Is anyone here familiar with the public transit in south Jersey, and do you know if Moorestown is served by a bus system or rail system?

I grew up outside of philly so I'm not familiar as to what is offered in New Jersey. Due to being legally blind, I don't drive, so living somewhre that offers a decent transit system that and an area that is extremely safe since I have a family to think about would be great. Any feedback would be great. If I don't answer right away, I'm still trying to figure out how to use this thread thing. :-) Thank you in advance for your replies.

Where will you be working, needing to be? Are you going to rent or buy? Do you have children? What are you looking to spend?

You should check with the Center for the Blind I'm sure they can answer all your questions.

Hi Everone who responded thus far. Checking with the Services for the Blind is a great idea and I'm sure I will do that. I appreciate that suggestion very much. As for expenses, I'd say we'll rent at first, and I have small children they will be 4 and 1 by the time we move. So a place that is family friendly and close to PA as well since I'll be working in both PA and New Jersey. I'm probably loking at rents in the $1,000-$1,400 range if possible. Thanks again everyone. Have a great day. :-)

Run? It ca't be any worse than living in Indiana. :-) My wife and I suffered there for 14 years.

OMG! I was just in Fort Wayne for a week and couldn't wait to get the f**k out- Talk about boring. I'm convinced people from Indiana don't know anything but Indiana- there's nothing to do there- NOTHING !!!!! You're right, compared to Indiana, NJ is the cat's meow! haaa !!!!

I live in North Jersey, Tenafly area. Being close to NYC is a huge plus to me- but that comes with expensive living and lots of traffic. The Jersey shore area is nice, but no jobs and if you do find one- hold onto it !!!

You are right Curly Bell Indiana is pretty boring unless you like wide open space. :-) I'm basicly trying to learn more about Jersey and whether it offers a supurb transit system. I have family in the Philly area, but I need to live in a place where I can work in PA NJ and possibly DE.
Take care
