American Federal Mortgage in Flanders NJ - ask for Rich R. Lowest Rates and Cheapest fees I have found so far...

Is this for the property you are looking to buy a few threads down?

Can anyone get an I/O loan nowadays? I heard those are tricky to get because of the loss of value on property.
