Default Utility expenses in Franklin Township

Hi all,

My wife and I are considering buying a new construction in Franklin Township. The size of the house is approximately 3100 square feet. The house has two zone gas heating and uses forced air. It has central air conditioning. We're trying to get some estimates for the utilitity expenses. Can anyone please let us know how much we can expect to spend monthly on electricity, gas, water and sewer? Any information that anyone can provide us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry, didn't realize that. We're looking at Somerset County.

Which county?
Natural gas or propane?
I would budget a good 600 to 700/month for the utilities!

Dang, I was all set to tell you about Franklin Township here in Gloucester County! Utilities are cheaper down here than up there, for reasons I cannot fathom.
