Default Commute to Parsippany from Bedmister/Bernardsville/etc. area?

The main office for the company I'm about to start working for is in Parsippany. In case I'm asked to relocate to work out of that office, I'm curious about the commute from Bernardsville/Bedminster/Basking Ridge/Oldwick/Mendham/etc.

I have picked these areas because I prefer to be in a horsey area. I'm not stuck on any of those towns in particular, though.

I'm willing to commute up to an hour each way, though less than half an hour would be fantastic. Just looking at Google maps, it doesn't look too terribly long, but I have no idea about traffic patterns, busy roads, etc.

Thanks for any advice/insight!

Distance wise--it's a quick shot up RT. 287 to either Rt. 80 or Rt. 10 depending upon actual location of your office.

Timeframes above are accurate. Good Luck!
