Default new properties on chester avenue in newark
Hi everyone,

Can anyone advise on the new properties on Chester Avenue? Is this area safe? I keep reading all these negative things about Newark. This block seems relatively quiet. I would really appreciate any information.

It's not too terribly bad, but it is Newark - there is crime everywhere.
