Yes, i understand its to close to the brain, it can get septic in a severe case or lead to other things such as meningitus. Rating the pain and the symptoms I have it feels as though its a minor case. I amungst many others wouldnt want to spend money or be put in dept if it could be hanlded other wise. I have been taking antibiotics such as ibprofen and ect. also I just tried the peroxcide...these seem to be working if anyone is wondering the outcome Ill post tomorrow. If all attempts have failed I will...Go then...Thanks

Ibuprofen isn't an antibiotic. It's just a pain killer and will only mask the symptoms. An antibiotic will (hopefully) kill it.

Go to the Dr. but in the meantime you can wash your ear out with white vinegar if it is truly swimmers ear.
