despite Morristown's sizable Latino population, there is relatively low crime. i can't recall the last time i heard about anyone getting shot in morristown. i can promise you that you will find happiness in Morristown and it's easy to avoid the "rough parts"
ok, this is going to everyone out there. quote me on this one: You can go into almost any neighborhood and be fine, just as long as you keep a low profile and you mind your own business. You just do what you need to do and then get out. More often than not, you will be fine!
and sorry about that BadFish guy. he's being rough on you. you're not trying to make trouble, I know you're not. you just wanna be safe. and so does everyone. take what I said into consideration, and best of luck to you.

You just don't usually hear people refer to Hispanic people as "Spanish" and use blanket statements like "they're all dirty, loud, and cause trouble" much anymore is all.

HA! What I still can't figure out though is whether the OP is simply trying to kick a hornet's nest in general, specifically insult Hispanics, or maybe he's trying to appear as a "dumb hick" and slander rural New Jersey folks...the world may never know

This kind of reminds of the episode where John-Boy moves to the city

I was just trying to be a mediator, i sensed some hosility in this thread that I felt was unnecesary. We are all adults here... actually I'm only 17, but I dare say my behavior is the most mature on here. I highly doubt a 30 year old man would want to cause trouble via the internet... that's very pathetic.
people use this forum as a platform to retain certain information that could be important to people and potential buyers in that area. this is certainly not a plat to start trouble, and trust me on this one BadFish, I will not tolerate anyone making trouble on this forum. however, i think this guy is just "misinformed"
and if anyone is going to mention a racial demonym. i would suggest you use the proper, non-offensive terms. whoever said "Spanish", that is an incorrect term. Spanish is a language, not a race or ethnicity. the proper term would be Hispanic, or as I prefer to say Latino, since that is what they call themselves.
and on a final note... can I get some props? i think i'm giving out some good words of wisdom here. thanks
