Quite a list. Of the top 25 counties, the list is as follows:

New Jersey 16 (out of 21 total counties)
New York 6
New Hampshire 2
Illinois 1

It doesn't take Frederico Fellini to conclude that something is seriously, seriously wrong, politically, in the Garden State. This list is a big black eye. The remaining 5 counties in NJ, in order, are Gloucester, at 28, Burlington, at 30, then Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem, at 48, 49, and 50. That means of the top 50 nationally, every county is included.

A better barometer might be taxes as a % of home value. Perusing the list quickly, the big loser here is Camden County. Some of the more economically depressed counties in upstate NY fare even worse if you apply this statistic.

Subsidy. Look at how many people live in some of these towns that don't work and are on some type of assistance or disability. Someone has to pick up the slack

Some of those towns bordering Wayne look very expensive, I bet those are some high income areas. Being near the mountains and city maybe. Are u talkin about Paterson, Passaic? what percentage of those towns do u think get welfare?
