Default LongBranch, NJ average monthly utilities

I am looking at a place in Long Branch, NJ.....I would be responsible for gas and electric bills. It is a 2 level, 2 bedroom townhouse, built in 1989. about 1400 sq feet. just looking for an average monthly cost of the 2 bills as I have never had to pay utilities in prior living spaces so I do not know what to expect.

Well, gas will be higher in winter due to heating, and electric will be higher in the summer due to AC, but if you lump the two of them together, I'd say you'll probably be looking at somewhere in the $200-300/month range, depending on how hot/cold you like to keep the house.
