Default Best upscale salon-central jersey
Can someone recommend a great upscale hair salon in Central Jersey? I mean like an uptown Manhattan salon equal to Mark Garrison or better in NYC. They must be great at funky cuts! They must have intensive studies in hair care, maybe studied in Paris or NYC. Please send websites if you have them. I just don't feel like going to NYC. I am talking $350-500 haircuts type upscale salon. Thanks for your help.
