If you have kids, I wouldn't let my kids go to school here. If you don't have kids, than its not an issue. My husband grew up there all his life & he says the schools are horrible. I'm white & I've been living in UC for almost 2 years now. I rent here but I wouldn't buy a house here. I think the houses in UC are expensive. You could buy a house that has a yard & a garage for the same price in another town with less congestion, even though your commute will be longer to the city. I sit in that traffic in the mornings and it is not fun. I love shopping here & I have no problem living here but I think I'm getting old or something (24 lol) because the town is starting to give me a headache because of the congestion. I've lived in other areas such as Irvington & Passaic, but sometimes the people in UC are rude & the guys are nasty always trying to hit on me. I gotta flash my wedding ring wherever I go.

I am not sure yet, but the area is prime for development. Def a good bar or coffee house is high on the list.

These are definitely missing in UC. Also bagel places. There are none that I know of. Only dunkin donuts.
