The Chophouse in Gibbsboro is lovely, but somewhat expensive. Great steaks, though. And, it's overlooking the lake at The Paint Works, which would make for a gorgeous stroll afterwards!

This place looks good: Ansill Food + Wine I've also had my eye on Rose Tattoo; little pricey though. It's kind of tough to figure out Philadelphia on short notice. Between the places with the steep prices and the ones which will be booked solid for Valentines Day, I say that you should go where you can get a seat.
