Oops... we have one and it's going for 2600???? May have to check that out . Outside of town there appears to be 2 up the road in a really, really nice development! Anyone looking to move out this way, may want to check them out!

Yikes. I knew it was bad, but seeing that map with all the NJ houses in foreclosure is ugly. And by all accounts it only looks to be getting worse.

Save up those emergency funds, everyone!

Alot of them are "pre-foreclosures".

Is this accurate? My town of 80,000 has only 7 foreclosures in the entire town?

Wow, this is pretty cool.

My neighborhood is a light blue in a sea of orange and red.

WOW! This is amazing...and also very sad. I live on a small, little cul de sac and we know all of our neighbors. Well, someone is in pre-foreclosure on our little street. It doesn't give the house # or pic but does say the street name. I don't know who it is and I am afraid for them.

The thing is that....the house on my street said the listing wasn't updated in over 4 months so either, they found a way to satisfy the debt or we'll be seeing a moving van soon...

so sad.
