East side of Red bank NJ (homes, primary school, live)

hi guys,

oops... i meant west side of Red bank , the east side is gorgeous.

How are the homes in that part of the town, especially near the primary school?
Can anyone tell me how noisy it could get?

Will I be able to get homes for less than 325k that are 5 year old? Is it worth it?

I think a shoot out went on out there recently.. but that's not common AT ALL in RB, it's generally a safe town all around.

I never lived in Red Bank but i lived near an elementary before and noise isn't much of a concern.
